The duplexes are situated right on the beach, allowing you to easily step off the patio and onto the sandy shore and beyond to the sea. The view from the duplexes is absolutely stunning. However, I noticed that at the one I visited, the water was located down a slope, making it difficult to sit on the patio and keep an eye on the kids. Some other renters brought their own shades or umbrellas and set them up closer to the water. Additionally, the patio is in close proximity to the neighboring home. The duplex itself is a two-story building with one bedroom on the lower level and two bedrooms upstairs. Each floor has its own bathroom, and there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room. However, I did notice that the one I saw only had one frying pan and one cookie sheet as cooking utensils. The advertised propane grill was present, but the tank was empty and the grill itself appeared unused, dusty, and dirty. While there is a TV available, there is no cable, which may be suitable for gaming purposes. The duplex is clean and welcomes both children and pets. It's important to note that the water supply for the homes is hauled, so guests are kindly asked to conserve water. The location of the duplexes is off the highway and down a long dirt road, but the road is generally well maintained.
