Zimbali beach

One of the top destinations to explore while in KZN. The scenery is absolutely stunning, but unfortunately, the overall service doesn't meet expectations. 😕 The food was excellent and definitely worth the price, and surprisingly, the restaurant wasn't crowded even though it was peak season. We visited for a birthday celebration, and although the restaurant does offer cake, we decided to bring our own from a trusted baker. As a result, we were charged a cakeage fee, similar to corkage. Since we didn't have any decorations or balloons, I can't comment on how they handle those requests. However, the views are fantastic and the atmosphere is enjoyable.

The beach is absolutely stunning, the rooms are spacious, and the service at the resort is flawless. Yesterday, my partner and I had our engagement set up here and it was done perfectly. The only downside is that the fire room can become uncomfortably hot because of the central cooling system in the resort.

The beach was quite impressive. I had higher expectations in terms of the activities available. Although some staff members did offer assistance, the staff at the front desk were particularly friendly and always had a smile on their faces. There were a couple of switches in the room that were not functioning properly. However, overall, it was a fantastic experience.

The room and view were incredible. The service I received was mostly outstanding, but unfortunately, I left behind a personal item when I checked out. I called to ask if they could hold it for me, but they said they would call me back and never did. I followed up again, but still didn't get a response. Thankfully, the item was only worth about R500. Besides that, I am absolutely amazed by the beauty of this place! I definitely recommend it.

We held our four-day Company conference at the Capital Zimbali resort with over 100 delegates, and it was absolutely fantastic! The resort's location was ideal, and the service we received was truly outstanding. The food provided was of the highest quality. I want to give a special shout out to Letato, Siya, and the entire team for taking such great care of us. I cannot stress enough how highly I recommend this resort for both personal and professional purposes. If you're in search of an incredible vacation or conference venue, this place should definitely be at the top of your list.
