Restaurant - Itsandra Beach Habana is located right on the beach. I have been living in the village for a few years now, and I used to think this restaurant was just okay. However, after COVID, the new owner took over and started serving some truly amazing food. It is now the best quality food you can find on the island. They always have daily specials, and I have never been disappointed with any of them. The shrimp dishes are made with fresh shrimp and are absolutely delicious. I even had octopus once that was incredibly tender. Last night, I tried the Thai soup and it was so flavorful and delicious. Unfortunately, I can't find any pictures to share at the moment.

If you want to relax and listen to the soothing sounds of the waves and cool breeze, the best time to visit is in the evening on a regular day, avoiding Sundays when it tends to be too crowded. Sundays are great for enjoying the beach with friends after a busy week.

Beautiful beach 🏖️

The beach is quite small, with clear water and a beautiful view of the Indian Ocean on the horizon. There are two cafes on the beach, but they are a bit pricey and not really worth spending time at. The beach tends to get crowded, especially on weekends, with mostly locals visiting. Unfortunately, the beach is not well-maintained, with trash scattered around.
