The resort is absolutely stunning and incredibly inviting. The entire staff is extremely friendly, engaging, and always ready to assist. My family and I had a fantastic time and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The animation team was full of energy and kept us entertained throughout our stay. The evening shows were absolutely incredible and the dancers were incredibly talented. The Christmas, New Year's, and beach parties were a blast, with fantastic music, dancing, and lots of fun.

The staff here is incredibly friendly and amazing! There is plenty of delicious food to enjoy, and we always have water in our room. The sheets and towels are cleaned every day, which is great. We couldn't think of a better place to spend our Christmas holiday. The entertainment is top-notch as well. Don't hesitate to book here, as the beach grounds and pools are absolutely beautiful. ❤️🎄❤️

To those who have given 5-star reviews, please reconsider before doing so. Your reviews greatly impact those who rely on them. This has been the worst experience we've ever had, despite having been to Cuba multiple times before. The rooms are extremely unpleasant, old, and emit a foul odor. Every room has leaks when it rains. There is a severe lack of essential items such as towels, alcohol, food, and entertainment. There are barely any activities available. The service may be rated 2 stars, but only for a few waitresses. The food is absolutely terrible, and we are barely managing to survive here. We have never wanted to return home from a vacation before, if we can even call this a vacation! It feels like such a waste of time and money. We are incredibly disappointed, especially since we booked this resort based on other people's reviews. Please, we urge you not to make the same mistake!

The hotel is visually stunning in terms of its architecture and location. The beach is easily accessible and there is a bar within walking distance. However, the quality of the rooms is comparable to a motel and many of the air conditioners are broken. It is necessary to be assertive with the front desk in order to get simple requests, such as towel replacements, fulfilled. Otherwise, they will promise to send someone in the morning but never follow through. The food at the hotel made me long for fast food from home, except for a few restaurants that require reservations. The bar is not well stocked, but the staff, including the food workers, were good. On a side note, it is concerning to regularly see birds in the cafeteria, which raises questions about hygiene. Apart from the beach and the convenience of alcohol, the best part of the hotel are the shows. The dance groups, in particular, are worth watching. In summary, the management should consider hiring better cooks and taking complaints more seriously.

This is my third visit to this resort and once again, I am impressed by the amazing staff. They are incredibly helpful and friendly. Our room was spotless and cozy. We had requested a ground floor room and Dania Alonso from customer service made sure that was taken care of even before we arrived. She is truly the most helpful person here and can assist with anything you need. And let's not forget about the beach - it is absolutely fantastic. We are having a wonderful time.
