I loved everything about my trip and every minute I spent in the beautiful villa. The garden was like a piece of paradise, with a fantastic vegetable garden that provided fresh farm-to-table produce. Whether it was fishing with the included motorboat, relaxing on the beach, or simply enjoying the garden, there was always something to do. The views from the veranda on the upper floor were breathtaking, and we often enjoyed wine and olives from Kiki, the owner, who was incredibly helpful and treated us with great care and hospitality. The location was peaceful and safe, away from the crowds. We have stayed in many villas before, but here the host became our friend and was always there to offer valuable advice about the area and make sure we had an extraordinary vacation. When we were too tired to go out, Kiki even prepared delicious meals for us. Thank you so much, Kiki, for the wonderful time we had at your property and for all your support.

Villa Porto Matzavino is located in a peaceful area, away from the crowds. The surroundings are absolutely stunning, with beautiful palm trees lining the seashore, creating a fantastic impression. The building is situated right by the sea, allowing visitors to easily go for a swim. The water is clean and refreshing. Additionally, there is a private kiosk exclusively for the villa's guests, providing a perfect spot to relax after a swim. The building itself is very clean, and the rooms are comfortable and tidy. Everything is well-maintained and ready for use. The villa is spread across two levels, with the first level consisting of the living room, dining room, and kitchen. On the second level, there are three rooms and three bathrooms. The villa also boasts spacious and comfortable balconies that offer excellent views of the garden and the sea. For those visiting during the winter, there is a fireplace and heating available, making Villa Porto Matzavino a great destination year-round. It truly feels like a home away from home. Visitors have the opportunity to go fishing with a complimentary motorboat and can also enjoy using the canoe for some leisurely fun. This area is highly recommended for families with young children. The owner of the villa is extremely friendly and even prepared a delicious meal for us, featuring local shrimps and fish. Guests also have the option to purchase olive oil, olives, and wine directly from the owner. We felt incredibly comfortable during our stay and consider the owner to be a part of our family. She was polite and well-educated. The rental price was reasonable, and we are already planning to come back soon.

Porto Matzavino is the most beautiful place we have discovered in our 10 years of traveling for vacations. The villa is located in a very safe area, away from the crowds. The beach is conveniently situated right in front of the property. The vegetable garden at the back of the house is absolutely amazing, and it was such a joy to pick a couple of tomatoes each day and prepare the essential Greek salad for lunch! The charming little boat provided a delightful way to explore other bays, and we even had a fun day of fishing. Overall, this property is truly lovely. We adored the simplicity, cleanliness, and peaceful atmosphere that fills the place, making it the perfect escape from it all. (July 17-19, 2020)

The villa is excellent! It has a great location and a clean, convenient beach right in front. The supermarket is just an 8-minute drive away. The villa itself is cozy, clean, and stylish, making it feel like home. The landlord, Kiki, is very friendly, speaks English fluently, and is always ready to accompany customers and provide perfect advice on places to visit and dine.

My family and I had a fantastic holiday at the secluded and intimate beachfront villa. We had a wonderful time and everything we needed for relaxation was easily accessible. We enjoyed activities like fishing with the included motorboat, as well as simply bathing and relaxing in the garden.
