Eco retreat

Great initiative taken by Odisha Tourism , place exceeded my expectations. If you are a beach lover this place is for you. The cottages are temporary tent facility with all of them with sea view. The view is incredible specially the sunrise when you can sit on the balcony with a sip of coffee and enjoy the smooth breeze. Tents have all the basic amenities and have a cozy feeling. There is a transport cab which picks you from parking to the tents. Great service. Buffet spread had many options. Food was good but not extraordinary. The place is just so beautiful to spend time. You will feel like doing nothing and just sitting on the beach or in the room. clean beaches and well maintained. Lot of cultural programs in the evening. We happen to witness a live performance by a singer at someone's beach party. Experience was surreal to sit by the beachside and listen to a live performance. There is an open bar at the beach if you want to get sloshed. Food and beach activities is all inclusive in your package. Much recommended if you want to get away from the busy city life. Will relax you mind and soul. The only drawback for me was the bathrooms. They were not good at all and the design was poor. Bathroom should have a proper wall at least not a zip lock. And the floor was always wet and the water seeped to the room as well. Was extremely disappointed with this. For such charges bathroom should be built properly.

This glamping place exceeded my expectations on all fronts. The location, beach, tents,service was all exceptional. Special mention about the food. Hats off to in-house chefs who create a five star spread for all meals which is super friendly even for small kids. My suggestion is to spend two nights atleast at the resort in order to enjoy their amenities, inclusions, water sports and the beach. Their night time live shows and ambience on the beach is also something I never experienced before. An absolute must visit while in Odisha. We just loved Eco Retreat at Konark. Tip is to carry a jacket and winter cap for night times as it gets very windy and cold. Don't carry any valuables since tents don't have locks. There are lot of crooks in Odisha. So ensure you check properly before engaging any cab services or other sight seeing activities.

There is not even one part which makes you regret of staying at this resort. Everything is very well managed and upkeep is very good. Staff are very well trained to make customers happy during their stay.... I will come back for sure.

Awesome service and location.Clean beach ,very good service. Evening cultural show is also amazing. they have a tour to Konark temple included with guide. if you stay for 2 days,you can go to Puri temple too . Beach is very well maintained. Food quality is excellent.
