Winderabandi Point Beach

There is no better spot on the West Coast for a reef adventure. We spent a week here and still couldn't experience everything. The camp host, Budgie, along with his loyal companion Jess, is quite the character. He's friendly, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable, always eager to share his insights. We ventured out on the reef with a paddleboard and saw countless turtles, dolphins, sharks, rays, fish, and stunning coral. We didn't want to leave and will definitely be returning!

An absolutely fantastic place to stay if you love fishing. It's very secluded and definitely requires a 4WD to access. The flies are abundant, but the beauty of the place makes it worth it. Make sure to bring everything you need, including flynets and fly traps, which is part of what keeps it so pristine.

Secluded yet beautiful beach. It's even better if you have a boat. It was windy during our visit, which is uncommon, but it might have been because of the Cyclone that passed a few days earlier. The Eclipse was magical, and the access to what is arguably the best coral reef in the world was excellent.

This has been our top WA experience to date!!! The bay is sheltered, with no wind, flies, bugs, or bities!! The water is crystal clear, and we had a waterfront campsite at number 29. The camp hosts were lovely and helpful. Truly a paradise!!!!

A stunning location situated directly on the beach within a somewhat sheltered bay. Ningaloo Reef is approximately 800 meters from the shore. There are no amenities available, so you need to be self-sufficient. The track leading in is rough, so make sure to adjust your tire pressures. You are required to check in at the station house before proceeding to the camping areas.
