Hammam Leaf Beach

Like everybody on this page, I am going to say same things. Like people did over and over. Rooms are needs to be fixed. There is no ac or heat. There is no internet. They have internet for rooms, but if it’s mostly does not work, that means there is no internet. I asked them to fixed many times, and they said everytime that they will, but never fixed. In these season at nights are little bit cold but they don’t care what you are saying. Foods are needs to be improve. The case of food is less important thing than heat and internet. This hotel not even 2 stars hotel. They have a sign at the hotel’s wall that saying 4 stars, but it’s a big big lie. I am not recommend people to come and stay here. Regards.

Stayed a week for nearby business. Not a good price for value. The breakfast is poor, the table sheet were not replaced from one day to another. When check-in a had to ask all the standard questions: where are the elevators, when is breakfast or diner time, where is the dinning room, etc... Wouldn't recommend it for a vacation.

We spent one night at hotel Ezzahra tunis, our flight was delayed 24 hours so tunisair booked a single room there for my wife and 9 months kid. I wanted to join them so I asked the receptionist I joind my wife and I was willing to pay the upgrade to a double room. The receptionist (lamine) was so rude to us the upgrade was 101.6 DT I gave him 120 DT he didn't have change so he gave me two options, I wait till after dinner to get my change back (18.4) or he will not upgrade the room and I should find a different hotel (knowing that we were very tired from the flight and being with a 9 months old kid made things worse). I asked him if I can pay at the check out he refused (which is not normal) and I asked to talk to his manager and he ignored my request. Thank you lamine for ruining our stay in the hotel and ruining the whole experience. I hope the management do something about their stuff attitude to guests.

Very nice location in Ezzahra, we was in Rades on competition, so for us it was perfect. Closed to swimming pool Rades, many shops near the hotel, night bars works, quite place.

I stayed at this hotel 5 years ago and, although it was not top notch, it was worthy of the label of comfortable. This time around, this FILTHY, STINKING place is just totally a shameful dump. The entire place smells of cigarette smoke, the furniture is old and dirty, the food is of the poorest standard imaginable for a hotel, the staff have disgusting service rendering and have a care-free attitude towards their customers. The bedding stinks of dirt, obviously the pillows are old and smell of sweat accumulated on it for years. The sliding doors to the balcony need you to fight with them just to open. The worst was the scam pulled by one of their bar staff when he forged my friend's signature on some receipt to bill him for 18 beers that my friend never had, then they say my other friend is the one who forged my friend's signature! Drama. I will never set foot there again, and so you should not either.
