I really liked the villa, right on the seashore, the rooms are new, quite clean. The staff is friendly, the women who clean are very nice, the waiter girl is sweet and friendly. The room has everything you need, the room is spacious. The kitchen is normal, you can choose what you want to eat, no problems. Bar on the beach with almost all drinks at reasonable prices. There is a children's corner, it is located on the territory next to the food tables, so it is convenient to relax while the child plays and can be seen. Also, the child can play on the playground and be within sight of him from the beach. The location is excellent not only in relation to the sea, but also in relation to shops, there are good shops with a range of products very close by. Among the small disadvantages is the very poor Internet, poor reception in the room (but this is a small thing) and the lack of umbrellas and paid sun loungers on the beach (we haven’t seen this for a long time), but this does not stop us from choosing this complex again. I recommend it.

We returned today and are very pleased! We were on vacation as a family with a 2.5 year old child and therefore were a little worried about making sure everyone was comfortable. But they worried in vain! Children on the territory are not bored, there is a trampoline, a sandbox with a lot of toys, swings, children's transport, there are many children's dishes on the home cooking menu on the territory, there is plenty to choose from. The kitchen on site is a separate topic and special thanks! Variety, quality, taste, level of presentation, service, politeness - this is about them. We were very pleasantly surprised, I thought this doesn’t happen on the Azov coast! 🙈 The rooms are clean, the bathrooms are clean, the bedding and bedspreads are in excellent condition, air conditioning, a kettle in the room, water constantly without interruptions... In general, I recommend coming and seeing for yourself (by the way, everything is much better live than in the photo). And the most important thing is the proximity of the beach and water! From our room to the sea there were 17(!) steps. Excellent sea and bottom, sand + shell. Ps: Thanks to Svetlana, she is an excellent admin and a person in the right place! Great family vacation! The room is clean. Everything you need for your stay is there. The beach is private, the area is well-groomed, the administration is friendly. We felt like we were at home! Close to the central market. There is food, the prices are reasonable, but this is not necessary, if desired. Its own bar has opened: any cocktails, beer, coffee, drinks, snacks - at affordable prices, cheaper than nearby. I recommend it to those who are tired of the city bustle!! We were pleased. Our family really enjoyed it!!! Starting from the administrator and all the staff. Everyone is very caring and attentive, the atmosphere is great!!! The rooms are huge and spacious, there is a bar with excellent cuisine on site, the food is very tasty and varied, the beach is nearby, 15 steps from the villa. There is also a large cozy yard, convenient for children. You can take everything for barbecue from the kitchen (dishes, skewers, barbecue). All conditions have been created for a wonderful holiday!!! We will definitely come again!!! We recommend this villa!!! We left with tears in our eyes, we wanted to stay so much!!!

We just arrived)) I liked everything very much!!! The room is huge and spacious, clean and bright with a view of the sea.. you can breathe easily)) and you can admire the sea in any bad weather, without leaving your room, right from your bed😄 The water in the shower is not salty, the air conditioning is free of foreign odors, bed linen and towels are provided like new and the mattress is without stains. Wonderful administrator Svetlana)) any questions were resolved positively. The staff is unobtrusive, no one bothers anyone. There is a parking lot. Bar, home cooking, sun loungers, which is also important, at affordable prices. There are many shops and retail outlets nearby , where you can buy vegetables and fruits... This is the place where you want to return!!! Wonderful holiday)) We will come to you again))
