6 Agradable

A breezy and delightful place to park and gaze at the sea. Be sure to bring your own food since there are no facilities available! There's enough room for one motorhome to take in the view.

4 Frustrante

The beach is just alright, nothing particularly special about it. The water isn't very clean and has a strange odor, so I wouldn't suggest swimming. It's a good place for a quick stop and is very quiet if that's what you're looking for, but there are definitely more interesting places nearby. On the plus side, there's plenty of free parking available.

10 Excepcional

Charming beach with stunning sea views, and you might spot seals from time to time. It's an excellent spot for a stroll when the weather is pleasant. Although we didn't see any seals lounging on the beach, we did catch sight of two seals in the distance using our drone. They even waved at our drone, which was absolutely adorable!

One of the best sights I've ever seen! While there is a lack of amenities here—I couldn't find any toilets unless someone knows otherwise, and there was no designated beach parking, only side streets—the views and the sea lions are absolutely out of this world. You quickly forget about these minor inconveniences. I have never seen so many sea lions all in one place; it was amazing. The lack of amenities might be intentional to prevent people from disturbing the seals. We kept our distance, and there were people monitoring us while we were there, but as long as you observe from afar, there are no issues. Definitely worth a visit.

Currently, there aren't any amenities available, but there are ongoing projects that promise to make this a fascinating destination in the near future. We decided to stop when we spotted the seals. Initially, we estimated there were about 20, but as we walked across the grass, it became evident there were many more. Once back in the car, we were lucky enough to catch a glimpse of the renowned Moray Firth Dolphins through binoculars, although they were too distant to capture on a mobile phone. It was wonderful to see the wildlife, and we look forward to visiting again and seeing the completed projects.
