Playa Cane Garden

We had an amazing time during our week-long stay in one of their penthouse suites. Some evenings, we enjoyed dinner at Quito's Gazebo, while on other nights, we opted to have dinner on the balcony and admire the sunset. The beach is incredibly beautiful, and our vacation was made even better with the Caribbean and reggae vibes combined with luxury and comfort. It was perfect! I appreciate that they filter the water, so there's no need to purchase bottled water. They even provide cute water bottles for us to refill and take to the beach and back home. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive, and the dinner service was impeccable. We are extremely happy and grateful for such a wonderful stay.

I would not recommend this place at all. Our experience was absolutely terrible. The server had no knowledge of the menu, and the manager seemed afraid to approach us. The appetizers were of very poor quality. We couldn't even finish our meal and had to cancel our food order. We ended up going to Paradise bar instead, where the food and service were outstanding. Honestly, even Taco Bell would have been a better option. The only positive aspect was the musician.

We had an amazing experience at Quito's! The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome. Dave was particularly attentive and knowledgeable about the beach and the island, and he taught us a lot. Despite being the last guests of the season, Sherika made us feel incredibly special and provided exceptional service. She was also a lot of fun to be around! The food and drinks were fantastic, and the live music was truly outstanding.

We were a group of 10 and they were able to accommodate us without a reservation. It was convenient to reach the restaurant by dinghy since they have a dinghy dock. The restaurant has a new structure since Irma and it has a pleasant CGB atmosphere. The sunset views are amazing and all the food we ordered arrived promptly, was hot, and definitely met our expectations. We would definitely return to this place.

I would like to focus on reviewing the restaurant only. The appetizers were delicious, and the views were stunning. Additionally, the restaurant has a modern and pleasant ambiance. However, the main courses took an extremely long time to be served (over 90 minutes from our arrival), and when they finally arrived, they were lukewarm. Moreover, the flavor of the food was quite bland. The mussels were inedible as they had clearly been left out for a long time before being brought to our table. Surprisingly, the restaurant wasn't even that busy (only four tables occupied). The staff apologized and provided a discount on our bill, but unfortunately, this was the worst meal I've had in a while.
