This trip was truly memorable. The beach was charming and picturesque, and to our surprise, it wasn't crowded at all. We easily found a spot for our family. The washrooms were clean and there were also changing rooms available. Be aware that parking is strictly enforced, so don't forget to get a ticket, as the fine is $90. Stunning location! The lake isn't too cold, offering an incredible view! We absolutely loved it! I hope to visit this place in the summer as well; I believe it will be just as beautiful!

The beach itself is fantastic, but I had some unpleasant encounters with the locals. I never have and never will pay any fines, even if I receive one. I parked my car and walked to the beach to swim. This beach is public property and belongs to everyone, not just a select few. Any fines issued can be disregarded, as I am a tourist and will be leaving the country soon. Any tickets I receive will simply end up in the trash.

We camped at Awenda Provincial Park for three days and visited the pet beach every single day during our stay 😁. This beach is definitely the best among the pet beaches. It has a mix of sandy and rocky areas, and the water is shallow, making it perfect for pets and kids alike. The pet beach is long enough that we were able to keep a good distance from other visitors. I loved the relatively clean lake and the well-maintained path. We will definitely visit again!

This was my first visit to this place. I witnessed an amazing aurora here! The view was clear and unobstructed. Truly unforgettable memories.

This beach is small and peaceful. My kids enjoyed playing there a lot. Although there was quite a bit of algae, the water was pleasantly warm. However, I would advise caution when walking on the beach. My son found a piece of glass while searching for rocks and thankfully brought it to me so I could dispose of it properly. I'm unsure if there were more pieces of broken glass, but we haven't returned since.
