Auldhame, mejores playas

Yellowcraig Beach - North Berwick A fabulous beach that's clean and wonderfully unspoilt, complete with sand dunes. It offers beautiful views over the sea to little islands. It's great for families, with grassed parking nearby where many locals were having picnics and playing, and it's just a few yards to the sand dunes. The beach has clean toilets and even a refreshment van nearby. It's not commercialised at all. During our visit, the Household Cavalry brought their horses along for exercise on their way from Edinburgh back to London, which shows just how beautiful the beach is.

The location is amazing, offering absolutely stunning views of the sea and the beach. The food was nice, made from locally sourced products, and the staff were very friendly with quick service. I do feel there are a couple of areas for improvement with the food. For example, the eggs and salmon dish had too much salmon and only one poached egg, in my opinion. Additionally, the crushed edamame could have been better seasoned, perhaps with some lemon to lift the flavor. However, I am nitpicking! The place really is superb and worth a visit!

What a charming spot. It offers a beach, stunning views, a harbour, and a castle. The beach is accessible via a single-track road or dirt path, which can be quite uneven in some areas due to the weather. There is a £3 fee to access this road, payable at an electronic barrier. Toilets are available at the second parking area. This beach is absolutely worth a visit.

Ideal spot to relish the beach ⛱️ and West Bay🏄‍♂️🚣‍♂️🏊‍♂️ - plenty of seating 🛋️ and grassy areas to relax and daydream - mini golf ⛳ is offered during the summer months. Undoubtedly one of the top locations to witness stunning sunsets 🌑🌒.

La playa es absolutamente impresionante, con numerosos senderos que pueden desviarte y un tranquilo paseo de 15 minutos para llegar a la orilla (aunque puede llevar más tiempo si, como nosotros, te aventuras hasta el final 😅). La belleza de la playa realmente brilla cuando brilla el sol. Sin embargo, aparcar puede resultar un poco complicado ya que hay plazas limitadas disponibles.
