Hyams Beach, mejores playas

The water is crystal clear and the spot is absolutely beautiful.

To get to Silica Cove, simply drive through Honeymoon Bay campground until you reach a parking area. From there, walk through a green gate. Along the way, you'll come across a toilet facility. The walk to the beach is fairly easy and leads you to a stunning and peaceful shoreline. Additionally, there is a shipwreck located on the rocks. If you're up for it, you can either turn back or continue along the loop to also explore Target Beach. The signs are easy to follow throughout the route.

Nos lo pasamos genial en la playa de Hyams, que según el Libro Guinness de los Récords cuenta con la arena más blanca del mundo. Fue increíble tomar el sol en un día abrasador de verano, con la brisa del mar revolviendo nuestro cabello y la arena prístina acariciando nuestros dedos de los pies👣. ¡El océano y el cielo eran absolutamente impresionantes! ¡Y lo mejor es que admite mascotas con correa, lo que te permite traer a tu amado compañero peludo y disfrutar juntos de la playa! 🏖️ ¡Qué experiencia tan encantadora!

We drove from Yamba to this stunning beach, which is about a half-hour away. It's located on the opposite breakwater from Yamba. The beach is spacious and stretches far, with soft white sand.

We visited during the school holidays as an alternative to Hyams Beach, and it exceeded our expectations. The facilities are adequate, with shelters and picnic tables available. There's also a lovely playground for the kids. Nelson's Beach is ideal for a relaxing day if you prefer calmer waters. While parking can be a bit tricky, it's not unmanageable. A wagon can be quite useful.
