Oh yes yes yes! What a gem! We stayed here for the last 2 nights before the campsite closed for the season, and I don’t think we would have left if it hadn’t. This family-run site is beautifully and meticulously maintained under pine trees, right on a stunning sandy beach that stretches for miles in both directions. The facilities are immaculate, reflecting the love and care invested in creating and maintaining everything. The owner, Roberto, and his family were incredibly kind and engaging, and the on-site restaurant serves delicious food. We had our best meal here - freshly caught tuna steak and salad - the chef is truly an artist!
The overall vibe is fabulous. We were warmly welcomed by everyone, and Roberto made sure we had everything we needed, which was greatly appreciated as we arrived quite exhausted. Traveling by motorbike and camping, we didn’t have the luxuries of a table and chairs, but he found some for us to use.
We’ve dubbed it Tuna Bay beach - definitely bookmarked as a favorite. ❤️ I can’t recommend it highly enough.
