Kiparis Beach

We vacationed with friends in August 2023 in a two-room, four-bed comfort room. Two different wonderful rooms are connected by a common corridor and balcony. Very clean, cleaning every day. Attentive and polite staff. We had a late checkout and were allowed to stay in our rooms for free. I liked the food, it was delicious. The sea is nearby, clean. There weren't many people. We liked everything very much, we will be happy to come again.

A wonderful hotel, located on the first coastline, everything in the rooms is new, the food is balanced, there is always a large selection of food for every taste. The service staff is up to par. Bed linen and towels are changed every three days, there are beach towels and the beach itself with 40 free sun loungers. Transfers from the airport and back are organized. One minus: no pool. There is no table or chairs on the balconies to enjoy the sea views. By the way, the hotel was built in such a way that each room has a gorgeous view of the sea.

Let's rest now. The room is comfortable with a view of the sea and Mount Kara-Dag. Bath amenities are replenished upon request. The food leaves much to be desired - burnt, there is not enough fruit, "I got it in time", the dessert is monotonous (croissant without filling, damp waffles, marshmallows, anniversary cookies, corn flakes without milk 😐). Oatmeal is very tasty 🙂. The staff is friendly. The waiter boys are polite and monitor the cleanliness. As for the beach assigned to the hotel: dirty, not enough sun loungers. We go to the central beach. It is more cozy, clean and comfortable, for an additional fee. We charge a fee for a lounge chair (250 rubles per day). We hope that when the hotel operates at full capacity, all comments will be taken into account!

We rested at the Dynasty Hotel from August 8-21. A few days before arrival, the administrator called us and asked about additional wishes (What kind of view from the balcony of the room do we want? Which floor would be more convenient?). On the day of arrival, check-in is possible from 12:00, Number. We were immediately given a key to the room; the system for opening room doors with cards is provided only to maids. The room is small, but there is enough space. The standard room has two single beds, comfortable bedside tables, a spacious wardrobe with plenty of hangers and a safe, a desk, two large mirrors, and a separate room with a shower, toilet, sink and heated towel rail. The room was always clean, towels were changed every day, bed linen was changed every three days. Many thanks to the attentive maids! Parking. The hotel has its own separate parking lot, the cost of which per day is relatively inexpensive compared to local prices - 200 rubles. There is only one entrance and exit - it is under surveillance cameras, everything is safe. Nutrition. The buffet food was simply excellent! For breakfast there were always several types of porridges, often: oatmeal, buckwheat/rice with milk, they could be seasoned with butter. There were also pancakes with different fillings, omelettes, sausages, cheeses, and white bread. For every taste, in general! Lunch: several varieties of soups. A regular is chicken broth. Meat dishes were always fresh and varied. Side dishes are sparser, but no less tasty, especially with meat gravy. There were also fresh vegetables and vegetable pickles. Dinner: fresh vegetables, salad without dressing (sauce of your choice), soups, several meat and fish dishes, side dish. I would like to note: there was fresh fruit every day: watermelon, melon, peaches, apricots. And delicious croissants! In the restaurant hall there are several drinks machines: two types of juice, a coffee machine and a tea machine. Everything is very convenient and civilized. All food was always fresh, the dining room was clean, a friendly administrator of the hall stood at the entrance and always wished you a pleasant appetite, and after a good day, thereby lifting your spirits! The location of the hotel is very convenient, a minute's walk from the sea and the hotel beach with sun loungers. Nearby are several cafes and restaurants, various shops and entertainment. There are small hills nearby that can be reached on foot, which will take 20-30 minutes. And the view of the bay is simply wonderful! We were completely satisfied with our stay in this place. Everything was very good and even excellent. You can put a fourth star!

The new hotel opened in spring 2021. The staff is friendly. Buffet meals (full or half board). Of the minuses: The rooms are small, the price per room is higher than the average in the region, no pool. The buffet is not bad, at the level of 3 stars in Turkey
