Very picturesque, this little beach located in an old whaling port, with the ruined factory still accessible.
There is a sign prohibiting bathing in a certain area (I imagine due to the danger of falling). The environment is unmatched. A little further up there is a viewpoint that you can reach by car, by track.
It is a shame about the poor general condition, with the ruins of the whaling factory, occupying a space that could be very attractive.
A beach with that special charm... Because few people come. It does not have good access and it is not enough to enjoy a swim and a beautiful day at the beach.
It is one of those places that should be respected by the local people.
Very nice, to spend an afternoon and eat something from home. It has shadow areas. In addition, the old whaling ship gives it a certain character.
The sand has too many stones and the beach has a lot of algae. Access is a little complicated, the road is narrow but well paved. It has parking space.
Small beach very close to Gures and located in the municipality of Cee. It was a whaling beach for many years of the last century. In this place the animals were fragmented for use. It had to be a very gloomy spectacle, with all the blood floating in the sea. Today it is a beach little frequented by bathers, perhaps because it lacks the basic services to enjoy a dip without complications.
