The beach is absolutely stunning with crystal clear water and soft sand. It is dog friendly, with wonderful rock pools to explore and hidden lagoons to relax in. There is a car park at the top run by a lovely guy, where you can park all day for £4. You can also use his tap for water and there are toilets available (no amenities down at the beach). It's a bit of a long walk down, so make sure you don't forget anything, but the views are spectacular. Our dog loved running free, chasing her ball, digging in the sand, and paddling in the sea and rock pools. It feels like you're abroad - definitely the best beach we've been to, it had everything! Photos really don't do it justice.

I went to this beach on a sunny day after reading some reviews. It has beautiful coarse golden sand and a friendly welcome. The day parking is reasonably priced. There was a strong rip tide/current, so it was good to see lifeguards on duty. The path down to the beach is steep and stepped, making it difficult for those who are not sure-footed. The climb back up was tough for me as a reasonably fit asthmatic. Despite the challenges, it was definitely worth it and I would go back again.

Lifeguards are on duty with their flags out to mark the safe swimming area. The beach is popular with surfers and bodyboarders. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

This beach in Cornwall is likely one of the most stunning ones you'll come across. It's incredibly peaceful, with white sand and crystal clear water. Just keep in mind that there's quite a climb down and back up to get there. There are a lot of steps, some made of stone and some of sand, but the view is definitely worth the effort.

This beach is amazing. It's definitely the best dog-friendly beach I've been to in the UK. The sand is nice, there's plenty of space, the water is calm, and there are some fantastic rock pools. Parking costs £2.50 for 4 hours or £4 for the whole day. The earlier you get there, the closer you can park, but be prepared for a big set of stairs to get down to the beach. It's totally worth it though. The view from the car park alone makes the drive worth it.
