Agnontas, mejores playas

This is our second year visiting and the hotel is definitely worth a visit, especially because of the friendly staff. The beach has pebbles and the water is crystal clear. We stayed at the Adriana Beach hotel, which is built on a hillside. It can be a bit challenging to walk back to the rooms, but they do have a golf buggy available for those who prefer an easier option. It's worth considering taking the water taxi from skiathos port, although it is a bit expensive at 150 euros each way. However, if there are four of you, it's more cost-effective than taking the flying dolphin ferry and a taxi. The food choices at the hotel were acceptable, but they leaned more towards international cuisine rather than Greek. If you're looking for some excellent tavernas, there are a few on Panorma Beach, which is just a ten-minute walk from the hotel. The only disappointment was that, considering it's a family-run hotel, the family themselves were not very visible. Despite that, we definitely plan on going back. 😎👍🥂

This is a great place to stay in Skopelos. It's a very nice place in a fantastic location. It's only a one-minute walk from the main riviera and a one-minute walk to the beach. There's also a shop right across the street. If you need to rent a scooter or ATV, there's a nearby rental place called Magicars and they are fair. Unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to use the pool because it's closed in the afternoons when we had free time. Additionally, there's currently no bar service at the pool, most likely due to the pandemic. The room was even nicer than it looked in the pictures and it had air conditioning, a small balcony, and a fridge. The bathroom was spacious and clean and it even had a bathtub. The flush in the toilet was broken, but they were able to fix it the same day. The staff was extremely friendly, but that's generally the case with Greeks. Breakfast is available for 5 euros and it's a basic continental breakfast with pastries, cereal, fruit, yogurt, ham, and cheese. One inconvenience we experienced was that you can't precool the air conditioning by leaving it on while you're not in the room. It only runs when you're in the room, which was especially inconvenient during the recent heatwave in Greece, which was the worst in the last 30 years.

Al llegar a través de un recorrido en barco de isla en isla, nos topamos con una joya escondida de una playa ubicada en una pequeña bahía. La playa lucía tumbonas y parches de arena, todo rodeado de aguas cristalinas que invitaban a un refrescante baño. Aunque había un bar en la playa, los precios eran bastante elevados y las opciones de comida eran bastante comunes y carentes de inspiración. No obstante, esta playa sigue siendo un destino popular, en gran parte debido a su aparición en la querida película "Mamma Mia".

¡Esta playa es lo máximo! Está convenientemente ubicada a un tiro de piedra de la carretera, y hay un mercado cercano donde puedes conseguir algunas bebidas refrescantemente baratas. El agua es cristalina y las piedras en el fondo del mar crean un lugar acogedor para sentarse y disfrutar del sol. Pero ¿la verdadera guinda del pastel? Las tumbonas y sombrillas gratuitas, cortesía de la taberna Rigas (solo asegúrate de pedir algo, es solo educado). Y si necesitas ocuparte de tus necesidades, hay un baño en el lugar e incluso una manguera de agua fresca. Además, para mayor seguridad, hay un socorrista vigilando. ¡Muevanse clasificaciones de cinco estrellas, esta playa merece seis!

Esta impresionante playa se encuentra a solo un corto trayecto en coche de 10-15 minutos desde Chora, convirtiéndola en el lugar perfecto para un refrescante baño después de llegar a la isla. Las aguas cristalinas son prístinas y acogedoras, proporcionando un oasis sereno para la relajación y la rejuvenecimiento. Aunque puede haber otra playa cercana llamada Velanio, en mi opinión personal, Stafylos es la opción superior con su belleza y tranquilidad incomparables.

A primera vista, este destino costero parece bastante agradable con sus aguas acogedoras. Sin embargo, al observar más de cerca, uno puede notar que la playa está cubierta de guijarros y plagada de molestas moscas y abejas durante el día, seguidas de una plaga de mosquitos por la noche. Aunque sería aceptable si esto fuera un espacio público, no lo es. Los propietarios cobran un precio elevado por las bebidas, ponen música ruidosa y son generalmente poco amigables.
