Isla Eleuthera, mejores playas

Our family, consisting of parents and three children aged 9-16, had an incredible experience at this stunning home on Windermere Island. The beach right in front of the house offered us the perfect level of seclusion. It was absolutely pristine, and we hardly encountered any other people during our long walks along the shore, which covered a distance of 4-5 miles. We had a great time exploring Windermere on the bikes provided by the house, and we also enjoyed kayaking and paddleboarding in the calm and crystal-clear waters of the "front garden," where we had the opportunity to observe sea turtles and other wildlife. The boys had an absolute blast spearfishing on the reef just off the beach and managed to catch dinner for us on several occasions. Additionally, we made use of the Club for a few meals, which was incredibly convenient as it was located just down the road. The house itself was extremely comfortable and equipped with everything we could possibly need. There were numerous outdoor spaces and hammocks where we could relax, and for indoor entertainment, there were movies, puzzles, and games available. Miranda, our hostess, was absolutely perfect. She warmly welcomed us upon our arrival, gave us a tour of the property, and was always available and quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had throughout the week. It was evident that she and her husband had poured their hearts into this property, and they take great pleasure in sharing this idyllic and secluded paradise with guests who will truly appreciate their time spent in this extraordinary place.

¡Esta playa es absolutamente impresionante! El agua es increíblemente clara y la arena es muy suave. También es un gran lugar para el snorkel. Recomiendo encarecidamente tomar un crucero con Carnival para experimentarlo. Lo calificaría un 10/10 perfecto.

What an absolute dream come true! Our stay at Mika’s was truly magical! The resort was stunning, the staff were incredibly kind, and the private beach was gloriously gorgeous. Words simply can't do it justice. We will definitely be returning to this slice of pure paradise! 🩷

Sin embargo, si estás dispuesto a hacer una caminata de 3 millas hasta el lado caribeño, serás recompensado con una playa impresionantemente serena. Es lamentable que Disney haya cerrado el camino que solía llevar a la playa, pero su decisión solo ha agregado al atractivo de esta joya escondida. Los letreros que prohíben las fotos, los videos y la transmisión en vivo pueden parecer restrictivos, pero solo agregan al sentido de exclusividad y privacidad. Es sorprendente pensar que una empresa de otro país trataría de controlar lo que sucede en una playa pública, pero centrémonos en la belleza de este lugar y disfrutémoslo mientras podamos.
