▪️I had a fantastic experience at OZ Hotels Incekum Beach Resort. The staff was extremely friendly and did everything to make my stay pleasant. ▪️The hotel offers wonderful facilities, including beautiful swimming pools, a well-appointed spa and a variety of dining options to suit every taste. ▪️Situated in a beautiful location, with easy access to local attractions and a beautiful beach, the surroundings of the hotel added to the pleasure of my stay. ▪️The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. ▪️My stay was really relaxing and enjoyable. The atmosphere was warm and friendly which made my experience unforgettable. So I highly recommend this hotel.

Best hotel I’ve been to, have been in many hotels in Spain,Italy, Greece, Croatia, Canary Islands and more. Most friendly staff I’ve ever experienced always going above and beyond for us during the stay. Food was amazing too with various options from soups, grilled fish and meat, salads, sauces, fresh fruit and tasty desserts. Pools were big and private resort beach very nice too. Live entertainment was actually enjoyable not just something to do when bored on evening. Highly recommend.

The hotel is very nice. People who work there are kind and friendly. The big advantage is that the beach is located very close to the swimming pool. The hotel provides a lot of entertainment for kids and adults. The food is tasty. The waiter whose name is Furkan was very kind and constantly made sure we had everything we needed during the dinner. I highly recommend this hotel💗

Kerem, has been absolutely amazing. His customer service and interaction with us was very professional.very pleased with his service an asset to the resort. Well done Kerem. Animation team have been the best part of this hotel.. and made our holiday. The food and beverage manager has also been amazing, my son has coeliac disease, there are options. But do feel needs to have more options. They did get pasta in for him so that was good. But I would not stay at this hotel again. Reception staff are rude and not interested in any problems. Also make sure if you go use your safes. My friends TAG watch was stolen and reception did not call the police. There is a whole list of problems at this hotel and is not a 5 star! Whole block has no water 😒

What a nice hotel, especially the pool and the lobby :-) But next time, we will try another hotel because of three things, they happend to us: - we arrived about 2am and the Concierge tried to get about 100 Euros Cash, to upgrade our room. Not to pay by creditcard. Only Cash...... nice try! - the service in Restaurants was horrible. We are a family of 6, but no big table for 6 Persons. Every day we had to work by oursef, to put 2 tables together. No drinks for us. We had to take them by ourselfes. No service. Some waiters put your plate away, even you are not finished. We know a hotel with lass category in Kuşadasi, who does this service much better! - In one of our both rooms, there were plenty of little Animation. Like house dust mits. Horrible! Great pool, great weather, good food
